How to reach

Kochi also known as Cochin, is a major port city on the west coast of India by the Arabian Sea and is part of the district of Ernakulam in the state of Kerala. Kochi is often called by the name Ernakulam. It is well connected by Air, Rail and Road with different parts of the country.


The conference venue is the Seminar Complex of the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). CUSAT is located at Kalamassery, very near to the National Highway (NH-47) between Aluva (Alwaye) and Ernakulam.

By Air

The Cochin International Airport (COK) is only 20 km from the Cochin University of Science and Technology. There are buses plying from airport and passing through Kalamassery. The travel time may be One hour by Bus and 45 minutes by Taxi.

By Train

The nearest railway stations are Ernakulam (ERS/ERN) and Aluva (AWY). The CUSAT campus is 14 km (approx.) from Ernakulam and Aluva.

By Bus

CUSAT is located very close to the National Highway (NH-47). All buses plying between Ernakulam and Aluva passes through Kalamassery. From Kalamassery bus stop it is 1.5 km distance to the Seminar Complex. See the route below.
